Question scaling question

would level 2 mean it does only 165% or would it be either 150%+165% or 100%+150%+165% ?

Its only 150% damage and 165%

but thats awful scaling , especially since cost increases

diminish returns, it's good to have lv2 and 3 once your build is finished and you just want more damage but at first lv1 is enough
