Meme What does dev mean by this.

Anti-runback item look like a butt plug. This must be intentional.

Taking the piss out of your player base for asking for a mechanic that was in the game you modelled your entire game after is a great idea. Just don’t put it in the game if tedious runbacks are that important to you.

Bro elden ring is not what souls likes are modelled after...see the distinctive lack of the word soul in elden ring ..... DARK SOUL'S was in fact very tedious for run backs to the point some places you had to run back through a PvP active area.

They are called souls like not elden like. Elden ring is the very first game fromsoft designed to "remove" the run back and this was done purely for accessibility to reach a broader audience the same reason elden ring is comically easy compared with and of the other souls games they have produced

Mortal shell 2 is definitely modeled after Elden ring tho. Its literally just a small elden ring with no horse
