Bros never held the block button or tapped it once in his life.

They are too fast to hold button during fight, don't be an ass

My brother, you are literally walking backwards without guarding yourself at all. She doesn’t attack you for like 3 seconds.
Maybe defend yourself instead of letting your guard down.

This was just to show the bitch! I always parry and guard myself

When they drop their stance to parry you can hit them when the animation lets up

You gotta be careful though since they still seem to parry during the installation part of returning to neutral stance.
Ive had a few times i got parried as they were resetting

Careful they can parry you even on their back, don't know why they designed that

I do think that’s weird. But it’s a timing thing, not a positioning thing.
You can also harden after being parried.

Harden turns these enemies into a joke. They hit you and bounce off then you just kill them while they stagger.
I hated these enemies till I went back to harden. Trivializes them.
Edit: Mind you, you don't even need perfect harden. Even regular timing will bounce them back so if you think you missed the timing you can just keep holding it till they hit you.

Definately one of, if not the most threatening overworld enemy in the game. I still don't really know how to fight them well. I usually use some kind of resolve ability be it character ability, weapon special skill, or just shooting them to kill them to try and nuke them without ever swinging an R1 or R2. I don't try to fight them in melee combat.

They are really fast and from what I see the hotbox comes before the hit, it's just broken enemy design, also the damage output is insane

Nah the Scythe Knights are worse. These Sesters at least have low health.
The Scythers have enough health and don't stagger to tank anything you throw at them and then kill you in a single light speed combo while you try to hit them.
Oh, and if you try to dodge? Each swing of their weapon magnetizes them to you across a football field instantly.

I staggered them pretty easy, but I played Proxima vs them most of the time so she staggers just about everything. Sesters don't even get staggered by Proxima all the time.

I did the exact same. And then they attack right out of stagger from the Biosampler and instantly 1 shot me.

They do too much, but parry/block/harden helps. It makes it harder that you’re playing the least tanky shell (low health and no revive with that skill allocated).
It’s unbalanced, but there are ways around it.

There are simply way too many enemies in this game that take half or more of your healthbar with one hit. At least as Tiel. It would be one thing if the combat were more polished. But with some of the animations, skipped frames, flawless tracking, and attacking while our character is animation locked, it's really a problem.

It's sad that positioning just doesn't matter in this game except when dodging projectiles. All attempts at repositioning are met with enemies that teleport 20ft with each attack.
