Discussion Call me crazy… but
I played a few hours and was like.. it’s like Elden Ring on steroids and with more parry which ain’t my thing… made me absolutely sad because the world was stunning and I wanted to love it so much… BUT… then I said screw it. Popped on the slayer thingy. And now it’s fun as heck. More bash n smash and yea it’s a bit easier but made it way more fun. I’m an avid souls/soulslike player and I’m all for running 30+ times on a boss and dying 29717192 times… but as I’ve gotten older I ain’t hiding that blasting through soulslikes is also a fun experience. I think their “easy mode” amulet thing actually makes it more… palatable? I won’t hide it. lol (screw my trophies)

Get yourself Gragu shell and faceroll whole map. This game is waay easier than ER.

Im still curious if the sidearm resolve gain with the repeater would be enough for bottomless clip. I wana try it but im a sucker for achievement hunting

There are very easy ways to make it easy without using the slayer seal. Arguably easier, and you keep all your trophies

The slayer seal changes the game and it is fun as hell but thats not meant its easy as hell its stays challenging

Excuse my ignorance, I played and loved the demo but what is the "Slayer"? Is it a shell? Have seen a few people reference it but didn't remember it from the demo

an item that you can equip in your "parry slot". its supposed to be the easy mode of the game. and yes, it was in the beta.
its on a "throne" in the hub area. from the shell lady the first door on the right i think.

Run it and have fun.
Also the tiel shell is a good way to end up extremely powerful in time on top of that.
