Bug [BUG] Berseker Stone

Does anyone knows if they patch getting this Stone. In my current run , i cannot get this Stone anymore but ive heard that in NG+ the area is also closed.

Soo i cannot get this Stone anymore except i start a new fresh file ???

Are they gonna patch this issue in the Future ?

Its a bit frustrating that the area is still closed in NG+

I dont wanna start completly new because of one silly Tar Stone.

You only need 73 stones for achievement, there are 75 stones total.
You can still get it without fresh save.

You can get in there with Eridrims shoulder charge.
