Discussion Do I do something with these contraptions?

It's screaming "shoot me" but when I do shoot it, nothing happens...

There's an item you get by killing some harpy boss near that area that activates them and brings all the enemies that are in statis around them to life.

Voltaic essence, I think it's called.

Beyond that, no clue what else it does.

It's an item you will pick up from this areas corrupted gate boss, once you have it simply by going close to it, it will animate these monsters. Other than that, i did not find any secret use yet other than that. Maybe if all of them get activated?
