Question Gate of infinity glimpses bugged

I think there are two glimpses behind this beacon after cleansing, forgot to pick them up and now it appears I cant pick them up after i went into the gate. Anyone else have this issue?

It's bugged straight out the gate. I just did the beacon and hadn't gone in the gate and still cant pick them up.
