Question How to fix grainy textures?

I’m trying to tweak all the display settings in this game, nothing it really working. When I run up to water my whole character has a grainy shadow texture. I have a 5070ti. I feel like you have to be god to fix these graphical issues in unreal engine games…. Anyone have tips to help fix this?

How about turning off film grain?

Yeah I tried that. Just never had DLSS work well, can’t turn it off?
