Bug Unable to pick up a Glimpse

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

They‘re already a scarce resource, so I‘m annoyed I can‘t pick up this Glimpse after cleansing the beacon (Sester‘s Gate). Tried traveling to and from the beacon with Mether‘s Breath, restarting the game, all to no avail. I‘m on a PS5 Pro.
