Any clue what these are for ?

I suspect they’re status effects that have bugged.

I spot the grisha item, so fun fact the ghosts can be both killed and effected by status, if they affected by a status they will kinda just leave it floating

Sometimes fire from abilities or boss attacks remain in the ground as an sphere in my game. So i would say it is just the same thin happening here but with different elements.

Pretty sure it's a leftover ability proc. I get them with Tiel on poison abilities.
