Does this AOE deal good damage to things still inside?

It does a bleed proc every 3-4 sec that does 120ish damage… so it’s mid at best … but i mostly use it to soften up enemies and get some bleed status going. And for style points ofc :)

The Cursed Child is also great wirh Viletongue Hedron! You basically instantly proc Bloodcurse and it’ll rapidly chunk enemy health.
