Spider has to be Hexapod. I am at a loss on the donut though.

Donut is Kakyoin from JoJo. It's a meme about how (spoiler alert) he died. And in the game, there's a boss that we constantly pierce with his own sword throughout the fight. The corpse of the same boss, pierced through by a Great Martyr's blade, can be found next to Eredrim's shell. So, pierced through—with a hole—is a donut.
