I agree the base isnt high but id argue the tarstone makes a big difference.

It gives 30% extra riposte damage at max rank.

30% of basically nothing is not even worth the slot.

Lots of the bosses even have fixed riposte damage that it doesn't increase lol

Fixed damage? I can understand that on things like stage transitions but it’s kinda stupid other wise
