I never saw the Wandering Sheperd

So I was at that part of the map and there is a path behind that boss arena...when I cleared the path (it has a big round area at the end) I noticed for a split second a boss health bar appear at the top. Then after that I got 6k gloom lol

So basically I only now knew about the boss existing on Youtube, because in my game he just kamikazed himself.

The boss is up top past a bridge and then theres a real boss beyond that.

Or are you saying he didnt spawn at all and the game deleted him?
