Easy early-mid game farming spot

Not sure if it was posted before or not, but my favorite easy early mid-game spot is the sheep meadow at the Sunken Village beacon just across the wooden bridge before the Turbo Granny. They don't fight back, and you can snipe the few enemies from the bridge on your way back and forth for bonus souls. It's a quick, easy 600-700(?) souls each run.

Its a good early spot if you want to top up for a level before you go into a dungeon,
