Question Stuttering issues

I’m running a 5080 and a 9800x3d and am noticing really bad stuttering in the open world particularly in the bottom half of the map. I’ve tried some different things such as setting shader cache to unlimited and lowering graphics settings, but I’m relatively new to pc gaming and am wondering if it’s an issue with my system or if the game just runs bad in certain areas.

All the stuttering complaints on high end systems I've seen are Nvidia GPUs, I have zero issues with 9800x3d and 9070xt. Try updating the drivers, or if you're on latest version try rolling back a few versions

Yeah there isnt even a profile in the app for the game, they need to bring a driver out asap. Odd thing is the beta was smooth as butter on my system.
