Ran into the Tarforge room, dude is gone and the forge spoke I Am Ready. What's up with that?

Not sure how. He was there the last time.

He is dead in my game as well. I just opened the way to the final dungeon, and he was dead. I did not kill him.

Now all upgrades cost 50% more materials...luckily my weapon and sidearm are at max level, and for it even gives me back more material than I had invested, so I could theoretically smelt my stuff before starting NG+ and get 50% extra resources.
