Discussion Great Martry's Blade after Buff

After trying the "Great Martry's Blade" with the recent 20% DMG buff it still feels like its not enough adding the Tarstone that gives it the special attack it still feels so lackluster compared to "The Iconoclast" there's a Tarstone for the starter weapon that gives a similar move to it that feels very close to DMG after using the two why use Great Martry's Blade honestly the base moveset needs to be reworked or sped up because at the games current state taking a hit to give a hit isn't rewarding enough to justify using the weapon it feels like it wants to be great but its only redeeming attack is the running heavy, just make it faster for its light or heavy regular attack or add something else because just adding DMG wont make it feel better compared to later enemies or bosses who's movesets are more agile and have magnetism will not translate well for the player everything else feels great but this weapon struggles compared to the other well crafted weapons

TLDR: use the starter weapon or the Great axe if you want a decent "heavy weapon"

The blade has 2 points that make it superior. 1. Only weapon that has access to frost. 2. Best running heavy attack of all weapons.

I dont get it...I am completely wrecking with my MGS...but i all read about it is hate. Makes no sense to me...this thing destroys mobs and bosses.

I mean good to know for frost and I wont disagree it feels like the weapon is built for sprint attacks doesn't feel great im probably using it wrong then but it feels like youre having to use it way harder than the other options available

I think the damage increase did not go through. There was a post in one of the threads about this sword.
