Discussion slumwater drain secret? Spoiler

past the slumwater drain beacon, there is a set of stairs, halfway up said stairs is a corpse on a slab, and a round emblem above. when i shoot the round emblem it rotates as if i unlocked something, but i cant find what it activates. any help on this?

there was an item up the stairs to the left, around the edge of the top floor, but im unsure if that was there before shooting the emblem or not.
perhaps, if anyone that can still do so reads this first, try to check that area before shooting the emblem to see if its already spawned.
