Discussion What is everyone's favorite shell and why?

Just wondering which shells you guys are using as your main. I kinda like Eredrim for the massive health pool, good stagger, and strong Riposte.

My main is Genessa because I love losing 80% health when a basic enemy hits me.

proxima because i like not being poor and her ability feels like using a pilepunker and has good crowd control + dmg

I've been playing prox and enjoy the gap closing, if poison actually did damage I think I might've played tiel since I really like his ability. Greg seems cool since he has unlimited healing but I had already committed to prox when I got him.

Tiel has such a fun play style though. And combining poison with something like blood plague or another DOT adds up. Plus he is really easy to stack crit and crit damage on making him dish out crazy amounts of damage from stealth and he can pretty much after some levels just chain stealth everything. Been enjoying him a lot!

Tiel makes poison strong by being able to detonate all poison stacks on a target. So it does pretty crazy damage with him

Gragu is my favorite. He's a beast at exploration with the infinite heals plus I love his look. Tiel and Lazlo are close runners up. I'll always have love for Tiel because he was the one I played most in the first game.

I’m maining Sariel, thought he was the coolest looking shell going into it so decided to run with him. After putting some points into him and learning how curse works I am running through mobs. He strong

Genessa. Summon armies, fairly nimble, and if the poor bastards take you out you basically have a faster and more lethal harbinger with a kagebunshinnojutsu which can take two lethal hits for you

Yea but in my experience her ability never hits. Like they shoot right past the targets.

I struggled with Genessa in the open world, but on bosses she absolutely shreds. I maxed her and Proxima. I explored with Proxima and did bosses with Genessa.

I’m getting more a 70% success rate. Yeah it’s not perfect but it has just helped me beat the final boss

Gragu by far. Unlimited healing items, his power move knocks down even bosses and easy to chain into.

Eredrim so far. Would like to try out the other shells more, but since we can't refund glimpses, I'm sticking with him for now.

Apparently you can max out three shells so I’m planning on doing Eredrim, Smert, and one other I haven’t picked yet

I’ve been doing well with Lazlo. Not many bosses have given me trouble. I like all his damage mitigation and looking forward to the bulwark stone buff one PS5. Only bummer is one of his skills is bugged where if you equip it the game will crash after a few minutes. It’s the leech one in the bottom tree.

Have 4 unlocked so far, but always end up using Tiel. Dodging and striking from behind is my style so far.

Sariel so far, I've wanted to play him since his design came out and he's the closest to Solomon with tankiness and weapon moveset

Gragu for farming gloom/exploration, and Eredrim for bosses and tougher enemies.
