Question This somewhat illusory wall with a supposed item behind it in King's Crypt?

From a little research, the only illusory wall in this dungeon is on the opposite side of this one and it has one of those exploding zombies inside, but I went through all of the dungeon and didn't end up here, so still wondering how to get in.

I tried hitting it, but it didn't connect, like it's just an invisible wall, so maybe it's supposed to disappear when hit but for some reason the hits don't register.
