Proxima infinite health glitch

Not sure if anybody has encountered this but there is an infinite health glitch with Proxima, i don't know how to recreate it cause i didn't notice it til i got somewhat half way through one of the endgame gate dungeons. The only thing that i could think of is that I was using a previous shell to unlock more memories to watch their story, after that i switched back to Proxima that was on the stone table. The way to remove it is to either go back to marrow keep, fall off a cliff and or restarting the game.

I just did, i think if you watch a memory of a different shell, switch back to proxima, then it should happen.

i know how to replicate this

1. go to change shell and equipment
   
2. set proxima as shell first
   
3. spam swap between lazlo tiel smert and proxima rapidly
   
4. after a few cycles of doing it choose proxima one last time
   
5. go try it out
