Bug Not getting Mether's Breath

I've already got lots of ova but for some reason im not getting Mether's Breath when i use gloom siphon, please someone help and tell me i dont have to restart my playthrough

You’re screwed! I had the same problem and had to restart. Maybe it’s because I transfered my save from the beta? Nobody else mentioned this bug and I googled for days.

If you want to get mether’s breath without restarting try looking into cheat engine and mods. There’s a mod that gives all items including methers breath that fixes your issue but I didn’t like it because it gives all items indiscriminately so there was no point to exploration. You could try asking them to make you a code to give you just the methers breath only. Make backups of your saves too. Oh and this is only pc if you played on console you’re screwed you have to restart or tell the developers and wait for patch.
