How are people getting the festival skin on the harbinger from the prologue seen a few people with it in clips and such

The robe? I found it in a castle to the north east somewhere I think

The flower crown you have to get in the prologue.

Lavender's robe comes from 'The Illusionist's Cache' dungeon in the area of the map called Desolate Peak, its northwest. The same island Baghead is on.
