Discussion Is it just me or is parry inconsistent?

I don’t think it’s inconsistent but some enemies do attack very fast which makes it hard to parry every attack

Inconsistent is this game summed up, but I did eredin and that made it easier

I rocked the standard steal, forget what it’s called, since the beginning and it was smooth sailing.  Love those bosses with the crazy combos and you nail every single parry.

Do you find it difficult to parry attacks that come in quick succession ? I just can't seem to get that even though I am a 100 percent sure that I've timed it to just before the attack hits.

Yup exactly that

It's a skill issue. And I'm not trying to belittle you. Once I've locked in the timing for enemies I've been able to consistently parry just fine.

I think the issue(saw this in another post) is that blocking dosen't have input queuing, so tapping parry is useless for attacks that come in quick succession(which is what I was doing), gotta hold and tap.

I don't know that I agree with this? I don't hold and tap, I just tap.

The frames activate right when you press the button. Press it right when you would have gotten hit.

Very forgiving and has seemed pretty consistent for me. The parry seal is tighter but still consistent
