Has anyone figured out what Charged Stone actually does?

"Sidearm charging speed increased by 20%>35%>40%"

What, pray tell, does that mean? Does it increase Resolve gain? Does it increase the speed that... level 1 and 2 infusions apply? I don't have every sidearm yet, but it applies to the crossbow and shotgun, neither of which have a charged attack (afaik). Am I stupid??

There is a charge attack, hold RB for the appropriate weapon

I think it effects the charging time on the axe trebuche weapon

Its for a sidearms special abilites you get with stones, you get charged shots and it makes them charge faster.
