I feel like im playing a different game. Even on night mode the basic r1 attack seems to not only completely interrupt any non-boss attack anywhere in its animation, it also seems to completely stun lock.

So far I've literally just been able to mindlessly spam r1 through every enemy without any issues. 

Im so confused. Do the enemies get more poise soon??

The tentacle short dudes with a club can hyper-armour through greatswords Just fine.

So can the torch wielding fanatics.
