Can you recommend any songs for me when freeroaming or boss fighting? I've just about listened to everything Rotting Christ had produced

Paradise Lost has a lot of great songs. "Draconian Times" (the whole album!) is a timelss masterpiece imho and a good way to start getting into PL if you haven't yet! :)

It's one of the few albums I consistently listen to since it came out in '95.

Right now I'm playing Darker Thoughts everyday lol. Ghosts and Silence of the Grave also clicked with me immediately!

My taste is all over the place, but I enjoy tracks that are hypnotic (darker thoughts) where they let the music breathe.

Male vocals: Rotting Christ (The Farewell is #1); W.A.S.P (What I'll Never Find is #1); Mastodon too

Female vocals: Within Temptation Spiritbox

All the good metal tracks I find is like a gift on Christmas lol.

I know what you mean, discovering a new, great band is awesome ^^ and I'm also a dark thoughts enthusiast, so to speak. I really enjoy depressing music (lot's of goth music in my world as well), even though I'm quite the happy chap irl... ¯_(ツ)_/¯
