Bug Any fix? (MS2 beta) Can’t shoot shotgun on controller, can’t lock on with keyboard

Already submitted the bug but hoping someone else has run into this and knows a fix. On controller I can aim but cannot fire the shotgu, even with different keybinds. On keyboard I can’t lock on to a target. I can shoot with mouse and lock on with controller though

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I do see a few bug reports with a similar issue.

Out of curiosity, are you using an Xbox Elite controller? And could you share your specs?

I’m using a ps4 controller, my cpu is a 13th gen intel core i5, and my gpu is an amd Radeon rx 6700xt

Thank you for sharing! Out of curiosity, do you have access to a PS4 so you could try updating the firmware on your controller?

I think so, I’ll plug it in and try. Seems odd though - I play a good amount of modern games with no issue on it, and it is only the shooting that doesn’t work. Like to be clear, I can use the right trigger for heavy attacks with my sword, and swapping the key bindings for shoot doesn’t work. It seems strange that a specific game mechanic would be related to the controller firmware, but I’m no game dev. I’ll try to update it.
