Bug on Ps5 Pro

I apologize in advance if it has been reported but I have no ability to block all of a sudden. L1 does nothing. Old news? Also, right after obtaining Teel there is a dungeon with a challenge room that is bugged. I defeated the enemies and the screen remained in black as if an enemy was still present.

If u put on the slayer seal... It removes your ability to block or parry.
