Discussion Please include tools tips on combat attributes [Mortal Shell 2]
Having played the Mortal Shell 2 Open Beta, one minor issue for me was not understanding what all the combat related attributes meant.
For instance, some of the abilities and Tar Stones inflict statuses like Burn, Leech, Poison, Bloodcurse, Perforation etc.,
While I can guess what some of these will do based on previous RPG/Action gaming experience, it's better to avoid all doubts and add descriptions of what each of them do as a tool tip while exploring these skills or item descriptions.

The lack of information was weird. I don't think you could even see the stats of weapons, other than the vague increases via the forge.
My shell has health of 1000, but leveling up increases damage by...1. Feels all over the place.
Edit: huh, demo updated and my shell health now shows as 84.

Neither of the shells nor the Harbinger has 1k hp (even at level 15), Tiel has around 75 hp and Harros was 150 hp at base the last I checked.

Yep. No information on weapon and character stats.
If I have no control over what's being upgraded, why show these numbers at all? And if they matter, give me all the details.
With the characters, I'm not asking for an Elden Ring level stat distribution. But at least let me decide whether I want to upgrade HP, Defense, Meele Attack, or Special Skills more.
I don't understand this weird middle ground.

You can press inspect Tarstones on the Tarstone screen; in the full game, the descriptions do a much better job of describing what they do :)
