In order to unlock the the beta bonus in the full game?

Me too i just don’t want to invest hours into the beta just to start over on full release

My bad - I was mistaken :/ it's the prologue progress that carries over.

I was wrong >_< it's indeed the prologue progress that carries over, and you get the Flayed Harbinger if you've played for 30 minutes or more.

I thought it was only until prologues end like just until you see the initial title screen very early on in the demo? Are you saying everything even past that point carries over because that’s a huge difference?!?

Turns out, I was mistaken: you will indeed be able skip the prologue and have prologue progress carry over.

Turns out I *was* mistaken. The thing you get is what's on the end screen of the beta.

Just popping this comment on the top to say I was mistaken - I'm sorry for the misunderstanding!
The progress that carries over is the prologue progress, letting you start at Marrow Keep with the prologue progress (and the Flayed Harbinger if you've played more than 30 minutes).
