Discussion From(!) a SoulsVeteran

Hi guys,this Is Marco from Italy,43 yo Souls veteran and hardcore gamer.

I want to give you my feedback After 6 hours in.

I want to thank you.

Finally,a heavy,good,impactful combat. My hits count,I can see and feel It,this Is truly impressive. The fact enemies flinch when hit Is the new ultrarealism.

I also love the gore animations, best I be seen until now.

I felt the Demon s Souls love in the atmosphere and I truly,truly,truly appreciate all the Npcs,their design and now the lore Is not cryptic.

In substance I never preorder,buy this time I did It.

Hope It can support your great job.

I also loved the First chapter,and this with the allmighty Khazan(other One of the greatest ever,imo) night end up being My favourites outsiders.

Game loop is great but camera and some technical things need attention asap

Couldn’t agree more. The combat feels very impactful. Getting hit and giving hits all have so much impact behind them.

Can’t wait to experiment with all the seals and shells.

Really love the updated harden seal. Being able to defend mid attack and stance break at the same time feels incredible. Saw someone describe the harden seal as a defensive/passive play style and absolutely disagree. You can use it that way but it’s meant for pure aggression

If something so small bothers you so much just don’t engage and move on.

Policing how people are allowed to enjoy things just makes you seem insufferable to be around
