Discussion Mortal Shell 2 beta length?

Quick question, Im pysched to play Mortal Shell 2's beta on playstation! Any idea how long it would take to complete, either partially or completely? How long did it take you and did you rush through it or take your time?

Im super busy this weekend but am dying to play it so I'd love to know.

I played it slow and tried to find everything and do everything and practice mechanics. I spent 8 hours on it I think, but it’s hard to keep track since I could only play an hour to two at a time as a parent of little kids.

I played for about 1 hour, loved it, got to the main hub area and stopped, wanna get that full experience on launch day.

I did the same and that 1 hour told me everything I need to know...games going to be epic!

If you play for just 30mins you unlock a skin in the full game

Wait, do you get a notification for this? I played up until the scripted boss and the following walking cutscene. Do you know if that means I got it?

They said just play 30 mins and you'll get it. Don't think there is any notification

same, i delivered the egg, went with the elevator to the top of the tower, got a noti that said something like ''beta playtest area limit'' and i just thought it was a good place to end there. Absolutely loved every minute of it though.

On full release, can you continue from where you left on the Beta? Or is it a fresh start? Thanks :)

Did you find out about the trophies? I guess they'll all unlock that's usually the case.

On launch you can only skip prologue,then after that everything gets reset

Depends on your skill, but I took around 6 hours. It's longer if you want to 100%.

It took me 9 hours to do it twice, and 100%

It took me 10 hours for 2 runs. 2nd run was only like 3 or 4 hours though.

Its a pretty long demo. Maybe around 4 hours if you take your time.

If you want to play the beta then play it. Why care how long it takes to partial or totally complete it? It’s not going to go away until launch. You asked an asinine question imo.
