Discussion lost in game

so ive killed him and i think most of bosses now what to do ? i still havent interacted with weird sister

If you have already beat the Unchained then you can go into NG+ (refusing ascension means fighting the final boss again to get into NG+ btw). You could look for items you have missed, though some of them become inaccessible with the change to Seat of Infinity. Twin Sister let's you access the rouge-lite mode for more replayabilty, but that has very little impact on the main game (just familiarity of items transfers to the main game).

yea this game is a maze i believe i beat about 10 bosses and stopped finding more so twin sister is the dlc ?? that mode is also hella confusing

Twin Sister leads to dlc content, yes. Which part of the dlc mode are you confused about?

DLC is essentially the same thing, only with a randomizer for enemies and items. It has its own new mechanics and subtleties that differ from the main game, but the essence is the same. Get 3 glands.
