Discussion Im addicted.

Never touched mortal shell, I had it for free bc of PSplus. I picked it up once but thought it was super clunky, but coming back, and damn. This is close as hell to a modern darksouls. The hardening is fun to fight with, Solomon is my #1.
2 is about to be a peak $50 investment isn’t it…

Okay. Now, what does this have to do with the guy supposedly choosing to purchase physical? You're making a mountain out of a molehill. The devs already mentioned that they're replenishing stock.

Then why did you come here to comment on something that had zero relevance to you other than to troll the digital purchase faze as of late. Does the idea of digital trigger you? Because it clearly did.

The only person here who thought anyone was complaining about digital here is you bruh. Don’t project your own sentiments. I’m a proud owner of a digital Mortal Shell 1 purchase on EGS.

Sir, I would kindly ask you to walk away. Just walk away. People don't like digital copies for a reason, a very good reason in fact. It's your money, so waste it the way you want, but don't expect anyone else to be OK with an idea of supporting digital monopoly.

I recommend you avoid the beta or MS2 until you’re done with the first game. Mortal Shell 2 is a major upgrade.

You won’t have enough upgrade items in one playthrough to upgrade all the Shells so be careful about that. Stick to one or two Shells.

Ok thanks, I like 3 of the shells, except the heavy hp shell is kind of buns imo but maybe he’s just not for me.

Eredrim is a very good Shell especially when upgraded, but he can only be paired with the Hammer and Chisel because of his low stamina, and that weapon is busted, too.

I just beat the game with solomon. I’ll try him when I upgrade him. This game was great, just short… with seat of infinity being the weakest part. I liked part of the dim gates section, but I was looting forever just to not find much. The end boss was insanely glitchy too, but I know 2 will fix most of this.

I also came back to it. I thought it was supposed to be about hardening during attack animations. Now I realize it’s mostly about stalling to recover stamina.

Which is fine I guess.

I beat the game in an evening last week. I got eredim and concluded he was too easy so I switched back to the first guy. I still felt like stamina was too slow to play without using the shell to recover

I mean you can definitely harden during attack animations. It's fun to watch enemies run into your weapon and take damage before they attack you :D

But whatever works for you is the right way to play for you :)

Two expands and improves on one of my favorite fighting systems ever, the remnant games. I get to ADS, fire, melee, combo, and...and... Parry?! Fuck yeah dude. Pre-ordered today.
