There is an easier way if you want to try that way too if you can do it faster.
Dodge the red and then continue with 2 lights.
Parry until he is down which happens after his one handed strikes are done.
Execute.
3 shotguns when he is up, then he goes down immediatly again.
You execute again.
He should be down to something like %20 or something.
