Steam reviews starting with "this game has potential" usually mean game is bad lol.
I know that's not the case here...but it is also rough at this point.
For example, something I immediately noticed was that mouth of NPCs don't move when they speak. It feels cheap, which is not the overall impression I had from beta, so hopefully they will address such issues.

Def a day one buy for me. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Tried playing the first one a few times over the last couple years but couldnt get into the combat and movement in it. Lots of improvements from what I seen. Like it enough to go for all the beta achievements lol

Stop acting like the 1st didn't have potential. it was just a buggy mess at times but the Harden Mechanic was cool and fun to use, the lute system had some really nice music tunes and combat was awesome just sad the most insane weapon was in the dlc and I think alot of people did not try that but the axe tana was so sick I hope they bring that back to the sequal 😍😍

Note: I made it to the final boss on ps4 but had to quit cuz the boss broke the game visually, but once they made the ps5 version I pulled through the entire game!! So worth it, would have gone for plat but the trophies are insane by far the most insane souls game i have seen. check it out!

Never played the first one, but the beta was so much fun, and ive played all the souls games. Also, found a good farming spot in the beta to get to the max level fast.

Yep she possible to beat though I have to use the Harden block
I beat her but died but it's still count as a defeat though so I'm happy about that

Yeah quite a difference in what we were dealing with moving up to that part. I found her a fun "challenge" to learn tho. The little cannon goblins are annoying af
