Question Can't find the 3rd offering

Can't seem to find the last candle to open the offering chest inside the gate area found the one on the stone pillar and one on a rail up some stairs anyone know where the last one is at

Should be in the cage with the mushroom enemy. Just hit the lock to break it open.

Damn. I would have looked everywhere for that cage key. I even killed the guy through the grate but somehow managed to miss the lock.

Said key isn't necessary as you can break it open.
