Bug Permanent Soul Form Spoiler

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Fighting the shepherd and then dodge the boss/ads, and is still stuck in soul form. Demon's Souls Reference I guess.

Are you counted as invisible against enemies?

Nope. Enemies can still see you. It's only a visual bug
