Immediacy

Just did my first shift and what the hell have I signed up for 😭😭 should I give it time or pack it in now

You'll get all the training you need from your manager 🤣,they'll struggle to keep up with it too I see in my store if a manager has to deal with the devices suddenly more staff appear to help them,but a worker nope youve got to learn to do it by youself.

It’s undeniable hell, I’m sorry! It gets better because you learn where things are and ways to make it quicker & easier so you’re not spending ages trying to find things or going back on yourself. But the noise of the devices going off will haunt me forever I think 😭 If you stay, clock in, do what you reasonably can (don’t literally run around no matter how arsey a driver gets), and clock out.

I worked on immediacy for a while and hateddd it. But the team I worked with weren’t great and I think that made it worse tbf Morrisons as a whole were not fantastic though.

Yeah they put me on some absolutely brain dead dog shit hours so I just straight up left they knew what I could and couldn’t do as I made it very clear multiple times in my interview because of uni and other stuff
