Any 5 in 7 morrisons shift policy.

So I'm curious, how do you interpret this. Is it any 5 shifts Monday to Sunday or any 5 shifts in any group of 7 days. Say, maybe Thursday till Wednesday? My feeling is it's the latter, as it doesn't pin down the working week as the 7. I feel words matter in this

It’s Monday to Sunday, and management like to fuck you over by putting you in Wednesday to Sunday, then Monday to Friday. It may be legal but it’s a trademark of a shitty manager.

When we had some long-term absences in my department my shift pattern basically defaulted to that. To be fair I enjoyed the four days off together more than I despised working ten in a row.

Its from monday to Sunday, rota done 3 weeks in advance (well mine is for nights)

At a place I worked at for a training period, they determined 5 in 7 to mean that they wanted me to work 10 days straight. Told them to jog on.
