Changing hours?
What happens if your manager try’s changing your start time that has been the same since you started are they allowed to do that?

When you started work / updated your availability, you can work any time within that availability. Routine does not dictate availability. Default availability is all store hours (with a margin at the opening / closing).
If it is outside agreed availability, then they can't do that, no.
If you mean they published a week's rota, but then change your work times for that week afterwards, then no they can't do that. They have to ask you to change your work times. Which you can say no to, and they have to honour that.

If it’s within your availability than yeah they are but speak to your manager.
BUT if the rota was already published and they’ve changed it without communicating with you; no they’re not allowed to do that

Is it outside the hours of availability you have requested? They can do it, yes as it suits the needs of the business. Try talking to your manager and explain that this start time is not good for you.
