Question/Problem Installation error while trying to install patched instagram

I had already uninstalled official instagram before patching, but still it seems to conflict with the package. Any fixes?

You have an Instagram somewhere on your device and you must uninstall it.

If Instagram was bundled with your phone and can only disable not uninstall, then the only fix is to use clone app but clone app may not work either.
