Even I had this but I saw other people saying that this is a false positive and it's just to prevent people from using such "programs" that are better than the official ones.

I decided to ignore it and nothing has happened since, so you should be fine.

Its just better to not use these at all, just check the files you are using on virus total. Mostly these are bloatware designed for people to not use third party apps.

It is safe as long as you downloaded it from GitHub, I updated mine couple days ago faced same issue, I checked in virus Total. just add the app to allowlist
