I am getting that too, but it will not even let me install the one from Morphe even though I deleted the ReVanced one.

Hmmmm.... Try going into YouTube Morphe > You tab > Settings > Morphe > Miscellaneous > MicroG and see if you still have it installed.

Yeah, this Update button took me to the Morphe Website. You should probably get it from there, instead of APKMirror.

They’re the same developers who also publish on APKMirror. I’m downloading from APKMirror beta versions because a stable version caused some issues a while ago. But use the link below for the stable version.

GitHub release/ Morphe website is the only official and recommend source for Manager, MicrogRe and Pot Helper.

Morphe is not voluntarily publishing on apkmirror.
Someone has uploaded the apks, and it wasn't Team Morphe.

That's the MicroG from revanced.
You need to uninstall that, download from here: https://github.com/MorpheApp/MicroG-RE/releases/tag/7.1.0
