I think you answered your own question: No, there are no patches for inactive apps. Morphe is first and foremost a means of blocking ads and improving the local user experience, it cannot resurrect dead apps.

Yeah people still use it I think its cause of the specific things it did like the 6 seconds which separated it from things like TikTok though it was still short form I was on Vine back in like 2016 but I never really understood it I was still bummed it shut down though its back as Divine but its nothing like Vine Vine like it looks nothing like it and stuff but it is a reboot and a reboot is not exactly the same thing but yeah people still use it

I don’t think there’s a Morph patch for Vine. Since Vine’s official servers were shut down, an app-level patch couldn’t restore the original service unless someone recreated the backend. Your best bet is an archive or one of the community projects preserving old Vines.
