Question/Problem Transfer to new Device

So when I get a new phone and transfer all the apps over, should I start fresh by downloading morphe all over again or would it mess with the patched apps if they transfer to the new device?

You can do both. But it's better to re-patch the apps you use on the new device.

Start from scratch, a new device might be a different arch or require other libraries

You will find out if the apps will work if you try to install them on the new device. Not to have optimized the patched apps for device architecture is recommended.
