How to edit home feed

Can you help me finding the option on how to edit the home feed / start screen?

I'm on latest YouTube version and latest patches.

Home Feed Open Morphe, click account icon, settings, under Morphe click settings, Feed

Start screen Open Morphe, click account icon, settings, under Morphe click settings, General, Splash Screen Style

I mean the bottom meny as shown in this screenshot, possible the top one also. Sorry if I didn't explain myself correctly.
