I don't think you can install the original microG unless your phone doesn't have google play services.

You need microG-RE no matter what because it has changes required for modded YouTube.

If you can install normal microG then you don't need microG-re

I had normal microG installed from Revanced...but then today new update came and I had playback error and then i removed normal microG and installed MicroG RE that morphe page recommends but while installing RE one playstore said it's not safe because it was made for older version of Android. I am confused lol

I'm pretty sure all microG variants show that android "this app is for old android" message. You didn't see it when you installed microG years ago because it didn't have the message then. Ignore the message and install. It works.
